HORIZONTAL DISCS FILTERS

Horizontal filters with tilting pack are designed for the clarification and filtration of liquid food substances

They consist of autonomous monoblock units on wheels that are built entirely in stainless steel according to foodstuffs criteria dictated for food products.

All the machines are equipped with a feed pump, stainless steel pipes with taps with butterfly valves and visual inspection sight glass.

The automatic dosing of the fossil flour takes place with a variable flow metering pump VRD.

The bell can be removed by means of a standard lifting device for the unloading of the tilting filtering pack and the cleaning of the dishes and the total emptying of the bell takes place by means of the pump of the fiIter itself.
