HORIZONTAL INOX SCREENS

The horizontal inox screens consists of a molded disc in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316 that supports a layer of filter cloth and a sheet of metal mesh, also made of stainless steel and undoubtedly represents the heart of the filtration of horizontal pressure filters .

The filter pack is the factory trademark of our production which, since 1990, has specialized in the production of the filtering areas of all the pressure filters of Velo Spa, of which we have been exclusive suppliers for over twenty years and of which we are able to provide every spare measure.

With diameters ranging from 400mm to 1,350mm we are able to produce complete series or single sectors able to satisfy the filtration needs of any food liquid.

Through the use of first quality materials we can cover a degree of filtration from 70 micron to 130 micron, we use different textures of canvas, from Touraille to Reps, with the sole objective of maximizing the yield of the plant while maintaining the highest quality of the filtered product.

We are able to realize also series of particular measures on specific requests or drawings of the customer.
